David Rich, Managing Director, CPA
As the team leader, David has the final approval on all advisory matters, including investment recommendations, tax strategies, and client relationships. The unique role of a trusted advisor is something that David keeps at the forefront of his mind in every client engagement. Integrity, discipline, and carefulness are not simply industry marketing terms for David and his team. His professional career has been built upon these enduring principles.
David’s career achievements’ significant breadth and depth cannot be lightly overlooked. After college, he served his country as a federal agent with the United States Department of the Treasury. During his two decades of service, David received numerous accommodations from superiors, the U.S. Justice Department, local law enforcement, and other business and community members. However, his proudest accomplishment is being awarded for his work investigating international criminals exploiting elderly Americans.
As the leader of numerous complex and sensitive criminal investigations, including white-collar crime and government officials and property protection, his leadership skills were always displayed with a “first through the door” mentality. That same mentality translates to Rich and Company’s team members. Creating innovation in solving a client’s concerns is critical to the client’s success.
David’s roots in Georgia are deep, going back over 5 generations, and include ancestors who fought in multiple wars, including the American Revolution. A graduate of Liberty University, David holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting, as well as being a certified fraud examiner. The proud father of two daughters, David and his family enjoy traveling, University of Georgia football, and smoked brisket.
When not at the office, crossing multiple time zones to meet with clients or his family, you can find him wearing waders, standing in a cold swamp (hunting waterfowl in Tennessee), or standing in a cold mountain river (catching trout in the Rockies).
Noah Gibson
Noah Gibson is a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Reinhardt University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree.
Upon completing his Bachelor’s degree, he joined the Rich and Company team and contributed to various accounting tasks. Among these responsibilities are financial statement
reconciliation, tax planning, and tax return preparation.
Noah’s meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset make him valuable to the firm, ensuring that financial records are kept in order and compliant with regulatory standards. He is known for his ability to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
Additionally, he believes in continuous learning and stays current with the latest developments in the accounting field, further enhancing his ability to provide adequate financial solutions.
Caitlin Pruitt
As the Client Accounting Assistant at Rich & Company, LLC, Caitlin Pruitt brings her passion for numbers and commitment to excellent client service to our team.
Caitlin joined Rich & Company in January of 2021, and with a natural aptitude for mathematics, she later discovered that business might be the right career path for her. A Cherokee County native, Caitlin is pursuing her accounting degree at Kennesaw State University, demonstrating her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. What sets Caitlin apart is her genuine desire to connect with clients. She believes that a warm and welcoming interaction can go a long way in establishing trust and ensuring clients feel valued.
Outside of her professional life, Caitlin has diverse interests, including basketball, working with youth, and active involvement in The Factory Church. Caitlin’s professional and personal dedication to excellence reflects our values at Rich & Company, LLC. Her passion for accounting and friendly and welcoming demeanor make her an integral part of our team and an asset to our clients.
